Dr. Phillips elected to practice hair restoration surgery exclusively in 1992 and affiliated Bosley.  Dr. Phillips was trained extensively in the technique and artistry of hair restoration by pioneer L. Lee Bosley M.D. and other experienced M.D.’s at Bosley.

Dr. Phillips received his Medical Degree from Tufts University School of Medicine in 1964.  Some of his positions held and affiliations include:
