After you have been approved as a candidate for hair restoration surgery by a Bosley physician and you are ready to schedule your procedure for a particular date, a room reservation fee will be due.  This fee, which is $500 for procedures scheduled Monday-Thursday and $1000 for Friday and Saturday procedures, is deducted from total cost of the procedure.  Full payment is due before your procedure is performed.  Please note that no procedure is performed until you have been evaluated and approved for treatment by a Bosley physician.

Room reservation fees are non-refundable unless notification is provided at least two (2) weeks in advance of the change in reservation.  The room reservation fee is also refundable if you are not accepted for treatment by a Bosley physician.
